Interest Only Mortgage

Hi

I have been paying interest only on my house for the last 4 years and i was wondering how long does the bank allow this? The mortgage is with PTSB.

It depends on what is in your mortgage agreement.

It is usually for a maximum of 5 years, but Bank of Scotland out full-term interest-only mortgages
