Hi guys, new to this, does anyone know what the success rate is for negotiating an extension to interest only? I have 5 properties with Ulster Bank coming up for interest and Capital in October, 3 have been interest only for 5 years and the other 2 have been interest only for 7 years. I won't be able to afford it, should I start the ball rolling now and see what they say. i have some cash but I really want to keep it in case everything goes pear shaped.
