M maturin Registered User Messages 56 16 Jul 2009 #2 you can calculate the value easily *if* you know the interest rate. For example, at a rate of 3%, your initial 140k would be worth 140000 * 1.03 *1.03 * 1.03 = 152,982. I guess there would be DIRT to take into consideration also.
