Hi all hope someone can answer my query. As i am in the middle of buying a new house i put the proceeds of my old House into a 35 day notice account in Feb, I rang Permanent TSB in June and gave them the 35 day notice to withdraw funds from the account, she gave me a date of 26th July and i withdrew 2000 eu to pay for Tiles etc.
I asked the guy on the counter how much interest it had made and he said it had made 1800 interest, when i went in to the Bank today to transfer funds to my Solicitor i checked the balance on open 24 and when i added up the 3 withdrawals i realized that they had not applied the interest .Does anyone have any experience of this, any replies would be welcome.
