Interactive Sky not working

Nor the text not loading.Rang Sky and after 22 mins
of checking/fiddling they gave up??Checked connections
twice and cant get it going.Any bright ideas.

Did you try plugging the Sky box out at the mains and letting it reboot from scratch??

Yep.Nothing happened.Gonna have to waste another 25 minutes
of my life talking to Sky.Aaah

Press "services" followed by 4 and then 6.

What is/are the signal/s meters reading?
(Quality is the more important.)

If low than I would suspect that is the problem.

Sky have confirmed that there is a fault in Sky HD boxes that
prevents interactive & text working.Now I ask ya why wasnt I
told this the first time I rang....I am paying for a service I am
not getting.Bloody private sector.

No Foxy its a fault in the software in the box apparently so there
must be a lot more people with the same problem.
