I think that Hibernain do one. They do a one day ignition course for about €70 but, I'm sure that I remember a friend saying that they do a 3/5 day course for €300. Assuming that you passed it would give you more NCB that the 1 day course.

There are a number of companies in the UK where you can do driving lessons / mock tests and then sit your exam at the end of the couple of days. ( I think you can be there for anything from two days to a week) B&B accomodation included.
If you fail you can re-sit the test the next day!
If you can get yourself an english address to get a provisional licence, its definitely a quicker way of getting a driving license than the current Irish waiting list.
