Intel Viiv 3.2Ghz or Intel Core™ 2 Duo E4400 Processor (2.0GHz,800MHz,2MB cache)

I know the Celeron are usually put in lower end PCs, but I haven't heard of the Intel Viiv processor before. Is the Viiv a faster processor?

Was wondering if anyone knows which of these options would be the faster processor;

Intel Viiv 3.2Ghz, 800FSB, 2x2MB
Intel Core™ 2 Duo E4400 Processor (2.0GHz,800MHz,2MB cache)

Viiv is not a processor but a platform.

Specifically, Viiv is a particular combination of CPU, mainboard chipset, software, Digital Rights Management and network card.
