Anyone with experience of Integrated Child seats? As an expensive extra are they worth it?

Not sure how these look physically or what the practical implications are but it sounds like this might provide some restrictions to me. Would you not want your car to transport only adults on at least some occasions?
 
They fold in and out of the seat back like a central armrest and have a dedicated belt inside them. When you dont need them fold them into the seat and you wont know they are there.

fully collapsible into rear seat when not in use. usually for kids between 3 and 10/12???
That wans legs are stickin' out ..looks uncomfortable:eek:

(Easy knowing I don't have kids eh?)
