Insurance required for business from apt?

I am thinking of renting out my apartment to a computer technology company who want a base in Dublin. There will be three people working in it in an office type arrangement. Firstly, what sort of insurance would I need to get as a landlord? Secondly what sort of insurance will they need to get? I will have no contents in it only flooring and blinds. They will supply all their furniture.

you would probably need some form of liability cover to cover your liability as a landlord.

matter probably a bit complicated in that building insurers may need to be advised and that woud be via management company.

do you have a leasehold agreement, have you read it, there might be conditions about running a business from a residential apartment, ie nuisance to other occupants (like business visitors) and you are probably currently insured under the management company's policy and they wont and cannot exclude your flat and you cant have two lots of insurance ?
