Insurance for Elderly Travellers

Hi
My parents are heading to USA shortly, I still dont have any travel insurance for them, can anyone recommend the best insurance company for elderly travellers.
The Companies I have been in touch with either dont do over 75s or wont cover any heart or circulatory illnesses.
Obviousely I dont mind paying the money but would like to get full cover for them.

Have you searched for existing threads on this issue? When I last looked for annual workdwide travel insurance for my 75+ year old mother of the few that offered it AA were the best and most competitive for her needs. €115 p.a. if I recall correctly.
 
Had the same issue recently and AA where the best to deal with as they cover USA.
 
By the way - €115 is the online discounted price. €145 for a couple. See [broken link removed]. Always check the terms & conditions and not just the price when shopping for insurance or other services.
