Insurance for 1year abroad

Hi,
I currently have annual multi trip insuarnce with AIB which is approx €70.
However in July, i plan on goin away for 1 year at least, maybe 2.
I currently have hibernian health insurance which runs till July which is paid 50% by my employer

What im looking for however is insurance that will cover me against loss of goods etc, as well as cover my hospital bills when im travelling. Can anyone point me in the right direction as a lot of the sites I have been on have the annual multi trip stuff but no 1 trip can exceed 90days.

I know this company do backpacker & gap year cover for up to 13 months. I think anything longer than that you may have to go through a specialist travel company like trailfinders. I need to declare an interest as I'm a broker. Best of luck - hope your going somewhere sunny
