Our house, built in 2006 to the then specifications, which include double-glazed windows and the required insulation in walls, roof and underfloor, is still very cold in winter. Is there any way in which we can further insulate the walls, and around the windows, both of which are very cold. Just back from the States where they spray on stuff to insulate the walls from the outside without the need for additional construction or specialist builders (!). Is there something we can paint on the inside walls which will provide additional insulation? Really keen to solve this problem in an environmental way, while also trying to do it in a DIY way.
