Insulation

does anyone have experience with the insulation they 'inject' into the cavity walls around the outside of the house? Is is worthwhile, what should it cost, we've been quoted Euro900 for a three bedroomed semi. With Bord Gais having put up their prices by 25% am looking at options to keep the house as warm as poss. as cheaply as poss.

Thanks for that SueEllen! my price of Euro 900 seems good, and the co. doing the job have come recommended word of mouth, which for me has always been the best way, so will go ahead with the job. My neighbour is also getting it done and we got a few bob off by ordering the two houses to be done at the same time.
