Just looking for advice.
Our house was built about 9 years ago, we always knew it was badly insulated, loses it's heat very quickly.
However, recently I've investigated a bit more with a scope camera and have found large voids, with no insulation whatsoever. Just plasterboard-void-slate.
We have obviously been losing an awful lot of heat through these spaces all these years.
There is going to be significant costs to get these spaces insulated. (They are quite inaccessible)
So, does anyone know if I have any comeback with the builder or Homebond?
I know it's 9 years!!!!!
Thanks
