Insulate a barna shed

Just bought a wooden barna shed. Want to insulate it. Any advice as to the type of insulation and where to put it?

I used aeroboard - cut to fit between the vertical supports and tacked to the roof. Could cover that with hardboard. Anything more is not really worth it - better to have a shed made of that sheet metal stuff with the insulation ready-bonded. Do you plan on spending much time there? Even a small heater lowest setting (on a thermostat) keeps it warm..

Would Kingspan be overkill?
