Instant Access A/C for Wedding

Hi, I'm getting married next year and my fiancee and I want to open an a/c to cover wedding expenses. Will need an Instant Access a/c. What one would be the best fit.

I was looking at KBC Smart Access but put off as we dont live in one the larger cities for a branch to make withdrawels from it.
