Insolvency - need advice on possibility of getting a new mortgage?

We are almost 5 years into a six year insolvency. Our family home is a two bed house, which we have completely outgrown. We have three children - Girl,boy,girl - three teenagers - two with Autism - sharing a room. We really need to move house. The whole house is too small. Please can someone advise, can we apply for a new mortgage when we come out of insolvency?

No one is likely going to consider you for a mortgage for a few tears. But if you complete your PIA and get rejected for a loan by 3 Institutions you are eligible to apply to your local county council for a mortgage
