Input needed for a liquidation and insolvency leaflet

Hi Guys

We are releasing a leaflet "dealing with insolvencey", which will be available to the public, but will mainly be distributed through certain representative bodies and institutions who we currently have relationships with.

I would be eager to hear any suggestions people on this board had about what information they would find most valuable in such a leaflet.

All suggestions welcome!
 
I think its important to give guidance on 'how to know you are insolvent' So many people continue in business long after the profit has left the building and just rack up more losses. The other aspect is dealing with the emotional aspect of closing a business, a very difficult process.
 
Do case studies of your experiences rather than waffling about company law and talk in plain english!
 
Explain the Inland Revenue's position. How they behave towards directors post liquidation, C2s refusals to directors involved in the construction industry,. Also the fallout from the liquidators report to the ODCE. Restriction of directors, etc..
