Inner Tie Rod End

I have a Skoda Fabia 2003 and have just failed my NCT .The reason was there is to much play in the inner tie rod end on the right side.Is this a big job to get done ,is it possable to do it myself (is there special tools needed) What sort of money should i expect to pay.

They are not that expensive...I bought 2 for a 5 series BMW a while back for about €60 each from the dealers. My local mechanic replaced them for 1hrs labor but you will need to get the alignment done also.

I would suggest replacing both of them now if its that cheap
