You are allowed to inherit a site from your parent up to a value of circa 250K tax free, if its to be used as Primary Residence..I have done this and I am currently livign in it....
You can also inherit up to circa 500K from your parents tax free..Am i to assume I am now entitled to 250K tax free as I have already received a site for 250K? OR is the trasfer of a site for PPR separate and is my tax allowance still 500K?
