Inheritance tax on a uncle?

Could someone advise me if I have to tell the executors solicitors if I have received gifts/ inheritance since 1991 they sent out a form asking about the above,I taught that it's revenue you contact about this.

Yes you do have to tell them. The executors have a responsibility to ensure that accurate information regarding any gifts/inheritances previously received is advised to Revenue.

If you don't tell them, they will have to give an undertaking to the Revenue not to distribute anything to you.
