inheritance from America

I was left 10,00usd from an aunt in America, do I need to pay inheritance tax on this and if so is there a form I should fill in.

You should probably get independent professional advice as you could have US and/or Irish tax liabilities (albeit possible with the ability to get a credit for the former against the latter). For what it's worth the Irish situation with regard to inheritance tax is summarised here:
