Inheritance and CAT

My husband owns a house and property and the title deeds are solely in his name. He has set out in his will that I should inherit both. Am I liable for CAT on inheritance? Can the title deeds be transferred now so there is joint ownership and at what cost?

All inheritences from a husband to wife or vice versa are free of CAT.
