the whole area is a renters paradise..not a lot of family homes in this and the Eagle Valley area in front of it..mainly renters.
also i think these are almost if not already sold out.the Garrane Dara area itself is very well presented although it is near a very busy south link road,the houses are a bit more shielded in eagle valley albeit by warehouses.
parking also seems to be an issue up in the area.so if that is going to bug you check it out first
