would anyone know of decent and objective sites regarding the German property market , in particular Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig etc.
Of interest would be economic growth, (de)population, rent levels, vacancy levels etc. I am also interested in the level of state ownership of housing in these cities and the levels of debt of the various states - ie Berlin Brandenburg.
Basically anything and everything, but up to date and objective. I speak German so hopefully this will help.
