Industrial cleaning

It has come to my attention that a relative of mine as been living in squalor. The house is full of papers, rubbish even mice. I have no idea what to do with this and thought that maybe I could hire professionals to help with getting the house cleared and cleaned.

If anyone knows of such a service or as any suggestion I would be very grateful.
