anyone brave enough to invest in property in india. The returns still seem to be there., but i think big risk.

Has anyone any sucessful experience or advice, goa propertis going for 30,000 euro

I saw this in the sunday business post today. But if something goes wrong with the plumbing do you just hop on a plane for the weekend ?
Investment doesnt sound feasible to me unless youre investing a lot lot more than 30 K

30k sounds very expensive for Goa, looks like you are being "paddy priced". Even UK agents are selling this part of the world below 10k Stg, so local prices probably less.

I assume you have already figured out the exit strategy -- who will buy the property from you, local demographic, tax implications, currency variations. etc.
