indesit intregrated fridge

hi all can anybody help i have an indesit intregrated fridge which came as part of our kitchen from cash and carrry kitchens we got bout 3 years ago over the last week the temp inside the fridge is not cold at all the freezer is fine ,we have the dial set to 5 and have moved it but it is still not cold ,not nice having warm milk on your corn flakes i can tell you any help

Sounds like a service call is needed...or a new fridge. We have a Zanussi and I think it's going that way also. It is over 7 years however.
