Anyone know the best- ie. the cheapest company for indemnity insurance. I am selling a commercial lease and part of the original lease was lost. Have to provide purchasers with indemnity policy in case I had a loan guaranteed on value of lease and I renege on payment, bank could then pursue the new holder of lease for my outstanding debts. The indemnity policy would then cover that debt. ( I don't have any loans based on the lease so bank pursuing purchasers will never happen)
