Incorrect rate on recent letter

Hi, my mortgage is tracker with BOI..it's 1.20% plus ECB. Recently going through correspondence, I noticed the letter stated 1.35% plus ECB. This is incorrect. What's my steps to rectify this or seek information?
 
What letter stated 1.35%?
And what rate is actually being charged as per your statement?
