Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience as I have. Booked a holiday on a well known irish holiday site paid in full online. Was then told the rooms i booked were not at that hotel it was a mistake and the booking would be honoured as it was a problem on the site.The same number of rooms were not booked as was assured and when i challenged it the holiday company cancelled my booking. I now am left with 7 flights and airport accomodation prepaid and no accomodation. I know I can book somewhere else but thats not my issue I would not have gone to that resort only for the accomodation i initially loved and booked. Anyone know do they legally have to offer the accomodation the incorrectly advertised??
