The accountant if filed online should be able to tell you exact figure due/refund and an assessment normally issues within two to three days. A quick phone call to accountant would put your mind at ease. if refund small, should get refund within week or two

Also in this 2 weeks the Revenue have a policy of not issuing the assessments as quick as prior to the deadline. May be to do with the volume of returns they are getting.
