Income protection - Are Landlords Included?

Hey there,

Can a landlord get income protection insurance in case of the property becoming unavailable i.e. fire, flooding etc.

Can they get the rent they had to lose covered in this case under existing income protection insurance or is there any property owners insurance available.

Some specific landlord house policies cover loss of rent. I'm pretty sure Allianz cover it but I'm open to correction. House insurance is not my forte
