Looking at the stuff on rebuilding costs as provided by the

The rebuilding costs shown are for a basic type build so am wondering how do you prove that you had a higher spec than the standard.

For example hardwood doors at €1000 a pop versus standard doors at 100 a pop

Stairs: custom made in stainless and glass

etc.

Then the same idea with contents, hardwood floors versus el cheapo carpets
