scrolling and reading i am starting to understand why its known to be a nightmare buying a house.... why cant there be a way of seeing a house, agreeing a price, getting the loan, and moving in on a sunny day !!!!

i hear you... and its the reason i ask so many questions.... sorry if the board is getting abored of the constant questions, but i am slowly getting an idea of a process that i was totally ignorant about prior to finding this board.
