You'll need to clarify what you're saying. What you've posted is unclear so unless someone can decipher what is going on you are unlikely to get any meaningful response.
In general, it would be reasonably safe to say that certain benefits are not transferable.

If you are getting qualified as a 'young trained farmer' then this is of no benefit to a developer. To use this relief for a land purchase on behalf of somebody else would be a tax fraud.
