In three months time i will most likely be in a position where i will not have to pay any Stamp Duty when purchasing land.

The question i ask is that will my advantage be usable for others?

For instance, could i be of benefit to a property developer who wished to purchase a considerable area of land?

You'll need to clarify what you're saying. What you've posted is unclear so unless someone can decipher what is going on you are unlikely to get any meaningful response.

In general, it would be reasonably safe to say that certain benefits are not transferable.

If you are getting qualified as a 'young trained farmer' then this is of no benefit to a developer. To use this relief for a land purchase on behalf of somebody else would be a tax fraud.
