apparently some people want to remove the immunity of barristers. i think that this means that they cant be sued for negligence and things like that, but amn't sure. please help, thanks
I suggest you ask someone else for their notes and then trot off to a library or google your topic and then having carefully studied all the information available to you that you sit down and write your essay.
Its not good to ask complete strangers on a website for their views/assistance on your essay!!
