IMC Cinema Service Charges

Do IMC have a right to charge 50c on buying a ticket in store without the teller mentioning.

Also got charged 50c on buying food from the very same person ?

This can't be right....only noticed after when one of those in my company mentioned so didnt get a chance to speak to management in the Dun Laoghaire branch

You must be reading your receipt incorrectly. The admission is 9.30 and includes a 50c royalty fee. 9.30 is the advertised price and this is all you pay - not a cent more. Neither are you charged one extra cent for any snacks you buy.
