I wanted to get a professional screen calibrator and bought the i1 Display 2 programme at the weekend. Tried it out on my new iMac last night but it just froze. There's a download from the X-rite web site that makes the programme compatible with Snow Leopard. It still doesn't work on my machine though.
To add to my woes, X-rite don't support i1 Display 2 any more, as it's a discontinued product. I probably should have gone with the i1 Display Pro but didn't realise my mistake at the time.
Obviously, the box was opened and the software installed on my machine. Would I be entitled to bring the product back to the shop (Conns Cameras, Dublin) and ask for an upgrade to the Pro version or am I just stuck with what I have?
Thanks for your help.
