I'm getting logged out when using Firefox

I am getting logged out of Askaboutmoney all the time today using Firefox as my default browser. I switched to IE and it seems ok.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or are others being logged out of AAM anyway?

I would guess this is due to an Internet Options - Connection setting.

Firefox is just a browser. It does not have Internet Options. It uses the dial up connection configured in Control Panel\Internet Options\Connections.

The following is a guess as there's very little information in your post to help diagnose the issue.

If you are using ADSL then ...

In I.E. Try setting Tools - Internet Options - Connections - Never Dial a Connection


I use firefox and aam works just fine with it.

Doesn't happen to me with AAM but it does with ebay. It always kept me logged in when I used IE.

I wonder do you use the "Session Saver" Firefox Extension - that's where my suspicions lie at the moment. Also, I suspect the issue is to do with cookies, rather than any connection settings.

I'd recommend clearing your cookies and seeing what happens. Firefox usually behaves itself on vbulletin sites, so any odd behaviour could be cookie related.
