Have been on illness benefit for a few years now with an ongoing problem. Have attended for a few medicals which were okay as I was called to Dublin. On the last occasion (2 years ago) I attended for medical in a town seven miles from my home and discovered when I went in that I knew the nurse in attendance, This made me very uncomfortable talking and as a result ended up not putting my case across. Anyway appealed and won the case. Now I am asked to attend again and the same person will be there. Do I have any rights of privacy here ?
