Just having a bad experience with these clowns, tried to fix my mortgage to 3 yr rate in January, they failed to do it, wrote,faxed,emailed them in early March but still haven't received a response
I found pretty much exactly the same thing. I was originally going to go with IIB for my homeloan as well - I'd been very happy with their service on the private client investments side of things.
However, after long delays without any responses to phone calls and e-mails, I took my business elsewhere for the mortgage.
Funny thing was the indignant reaction I received from my "advisor" when I told her the reason for taking my business elsewhere.
