He gets Invalidity pension as his only income. This was switched from post office slips to direct to a Bank account.
I want to get him to set up a standing order to pay something each week to his electricity bill to pay off arrears. He can't remember to pay in something each week or can't afford it so doesn't or something.
Will the bank charge him charges for this? Is it a regular bank account that Social welfare recipients are paid into?
