I own a house no mortgage that I'm renting & am travelling on the money. If I worked abroad is there still anyway I can avoid tax?
 
You still need to pay the tax on rental income - would that answer your question?
 
Would I be taxed 20% as well as the tenant as the tenant having to withhold 20% if I'm not resident?
