Ideas for weekend away with family

Would be grateful for ideas for family weekend away.

Criteria are:

Within an hour's drive of Dublin
Decent bar
Indoor swimming Pool
Decent bar
Good restaurant.

Oh..and decent bar.

Talbot Hotel in carlow. Going for 2nd time with family 2 plus 3 , interconnected room
bar, spa, pool, and bowling next door.

Carlingford - less than 1 hour from dublin.
there is a 4seasons hotel with swimming pool - not sure what size.
lovely little village with loads of pubs.

Lovely bar and some of the best bar food I've had...i would actually say their bar food was better than their restaurant. Nice clean hotel, lovely rooms etc.
Definitely worth it if you can get a good rate.
