My son and his girlfriend have approval from ICS for a mortgage. I was just wondering does anyone have any experience dealing with them?
I know they are part of the Bank of Ireland group and are licenced by the Financial Regulator, but if anyone has personal experience/opinion, it would be appreciated.
Have dealt with them on numerous occasions. They are the broker side of Bank of Ireland and probably have the same underwriters. Have never had any problem dealing with them!
hi dacoon . they are a building socieity that boi i bought and now operate as a seperate entity-but still part of the group. they used to trade as the mortgage store until the recession started and then closed those stores . what rate is ur son gettin boi fave favourable fixed rates for first time buyers 2.35 for 1yr and 2.65 for 2 yrs (if my memory serves me) . they probably have similar underwriting as boi so if ur son isnt getting a good rate couldnt hurt contacting a local branch
