Ibkr referral programme

Just curious has anyone ever done the ibkr refer a friend programme?

the way it works is you need to deposit up $100k worth of stocks. So you can think of every 10k worth of stock you move from another account you will get $100 (not as cash but they will buy IBKR stocks. the market price of the day will be used). Max amount seems to be $1000 ibkr shares

Thank you I think ill do the same, seems a bit of a no brainer, seen posts on reddit stating referrals no longer allowed in europe
