i'm new here and i'm unsure of how to phrase my questions correctly so please excuse if anything i say sounds slighlty confusing.
i live in a busy kerry town and i'm thinking of developing approximatley 3-4 acres which adjoins the family property into a retail park. The property is right on the edge of the town and there is a simliar development also in the area which has been hugely successful. To be honest i might never follow thru on this idea and i'm here primarily to do research and can't stress enough how much this idea is only in its infancy.
to start at the start i'm first thinking of getting an os map and using bannon commercial to come with idea for a layout for the site.
I was wondering if anyone here has used them and if anyone has advice on how to get started on such a project? they specailize in property development solutions and market research.
