I want to buy a Weighted Vest

I want to purchase a number of these for exercising.
Amazon in the UK will not send them to Ireland for me. I can get them shipped from the U.S. but am a little fearful of Excise stopping them.
Does anyone know of anywhere in Ireland where I can get them.
